What we collect

From every installation, once: your Garmin device identifier, watch model, firmware version, display language, paired phone type (iOS/Android), 24-hour setting, whether activity tracking is enabled, and the colour theme and data fields you selected in this watch face.

When you activate a Pro license, additionally: your license key, the gender and year of birth from your Garmin Connect profile, your pending notification count and Do Not Disturb state.

When you purchase: name, email address, billing address and card metadata, collected by our payment provider. We never receive or store your card number.

We do not collect health data — no heart rate, steps, stress, VO2 max, sleep or location is ever sent from your watch. We do not use advertising or third-party analytics.

Why

To issue and validate your license (performance of a contract), and to decide which devices, languages and features to support (legitimate interest, analysed in aggregate). We do not profile individuals and make no automated decisions about you.

Who else receives it

Our payment provider (Stripe) and our email provider, solely to process your purchase and deliver your key. Data is stored on our server in Germany. We do not sell or share it otherwise.

How long

License records: for as long as the license is valid. Installation data: up to 24 months. Payment records: as required by tax law.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or export of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to garmin@enzomatiazzo.com.br. We reply within 30 days. You may also complain to your national data protection authority.
